2. Tower Press Belts
Extremely robust and mechanically stable belts guarantee resistance to abrasion and chemical attack on all machine types and models.
These are designed with varying weave patterns and yarn types to optimise filtration efficiency, cake moisture and filtrate clarity on all makes of 1.05 and 1.7 machines. They are manufactured from Polypropylene and Polyester materials. Sealed, reinforced edges and clipper seams guarantee stable, durable performance and exceptionally dry solids, from coarse to fine grades.

3. Horizontal Vacuum Belts
Extremely robust and mechanically stable filter belts guarantee resistance to abrasion and chemical attack on all machine types and models.
Belts made of polyester, polypropylene or polyamide possess an aperture range of 10 to 1000 microns for applications including the manufacture of dyes and pigments and dewatering mineral concentrates amongst many others.
Specialist finishing techniques are used to alter the properties of the belt and optimise its filtration characteristics in operation.

4. Drum Pan Disc Filter
Precision-woven Pan Filter Media have been developed for adequate, consistent drainage, cake formation and washing to ensure a clean, evenly distributed, dry filter cake for subsequent discharge in alumina hydrate, phosphoric acid and titanium dioxide applications amongst others.
Fabric and elastomeric disc covers featuring tight seals have been perfected over many years to optimise washing, lower filtrate solids and reduce moisture content. High drainage properties also help our customers achieve capacity gains in typically heavy duty applications.
Drum Filter Covers (roll, knife, string and belt) require a durable, true-tracking and stable media with rapid cake formation to optimise cake thickness, lower cake moistures, reduce maintenance and significantly reduce solids in filtrate.
All fabrics are developed in partnership with clients using state of the art technical textile and testing technologies which enable us to match our materials to your desired filtration characteristics.
